Community Information Integration (CII) Webinar for Specialist Clinic Managers
This webinar, provided by the AMA Accelerating Change Transformation Team, will orient a clinic manager of a specialist clinic to Community Information Integration (CII), a system that transfers select consult reports between community (EMRs) and Alberta Netcare.

The webinar will begin at 12:05.

This webinar will provide clinic managers with information on:
• How CII works to submit consult reports to Netcare
• Benefits for specialists, team and patients
• What implementation looks like
• How to get started
• Role of the clinic manager during implementation and post go-live
• Supports for the clinic manager

As of June 2020, there are 81 community specialists enrolled and over 40,000 consult reports are available in Netcare as a result of participation in CII and they are making the expected difference:
• Informing care decisions in emergency departments and amongst other providers in the patient’s circle of care
• Enabling coordination and continuity of care
• Signaling to other providers in the patient’s circle of care that a specialist is involved in that patient’s care
